2. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed via our mobile app or website.
Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are displayed before checkout.
Payments must be made via approved payment methods. We do not accept cash on delivery.

3. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation.
Cancellations or modifications may not be possible once the restaurant starts preparing your order.
Refunds will be provided only in case of order failure, unavailable items, or incorrect charges.

4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the order may be cancelled without a refund.
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Food Quality and Complaints
We facilitate orders but are not responsible for food quality, preparation, or allergens.
If you receive incorrect or poor-quality food, please report it within 24 hours with supporting photos.

6. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
You agree not to misuse promo codes, create multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
We are not liable for food allergies, personal injury, or health issues caused by food consumption.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services.

8. Orders from customers will be sent to Vendors immediately for processing and if customers wish to have the options to amend/ cancel the order after 5 minutes, kindly indicate “Please proceed after 5mins” in Remarks before check out. When the 5 minutes time is up, and there is not amendments or cancellation to the order, IDeliverSG will proceed with order.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of any changes.
